Thomas Wehle
Founder and CEO
I’m an executive search and recruiting leader with deep roots in logistics and supply chain. After 40 years in global operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, I now focus on helping companies build strong, high-performing teams. In 2025, I founded Global Scouting Group, a New York–based executive search and consulting firm specializing in logistics and supply chain talent. We partner with organizations of all sizes to deliver tailored recruitment, leadership, and organizational solutions. Our firm joined WCL in May 2025, expanding our reach and resources worldwide. Before launching Global Scouting Group, I held senior leadership roles with Kuehne + Nagel, DHL Global Forwarding, and Laufer Group International. Leading large teams across multiple regions gave me firsthand insight into what makes great talent and how to identify, attract, and develop it. I combine decades of operational experience with a people-first recruiting approach, connecting top professionals with the right opportunities and helping companies grow through exceptional talent
